Own the Meridian

Own Meridian for a day and create your own special event. Give your group one of the finest views of Downtown Houston in one of the most talked about facilities in town. Meridian is available for Private Parties, Corporate Functions, Fundraisers, Public Events, Concerts, or your own unique event. Managers Bob Fuldauer and Michael Martin managed Garden in the Heights for 8 years and have extensive skills, experience, and contacts for creating all kinds of events from small gatherings to major festivals.

Meridian is available for viewing Monday through Friday, 10:00AM through 6:00PM, by special arrangement evenings and weekends.

Venue Prices

NOTE: Rent is based on the day of the Week and grants use of the entire Venue, all amenities, (except sound and lights) and a reasonably priced cash bar. Staff, security and cleaning are additional charges. If you require only a portion of the Venue for a smaller event, call us and we can discuss the rent for your specific needs. Discounts are given for multi-day and repeat rentals. General Rental Prices do not apply to Holidays such as New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Hallowe'en or to Special Dates such as city-wide events.

Venue may add a beverage "buyout" fee for events with no cash bar or limited beverage sales potential.

Meridian is divided into three Rooms. Whether the event is set in the Blue Room or the Red Room, the other will be open for relaxing and mingling away from the crowd. If "Both Rooms," events will be going on through the whole venue.
